In this webinar, Andreas Ellinger will demonstrate the benefits of the Smart Converter, ALLPLAN's latest tool for the highly efficient design of precast staircases. 

The Smart Converter makes it possible to transform 2D or even 3D shapes into fully parametric stair models. Thus, an imported stair plan can be transformed into a 3D model in just a few steps. The precast elements created by the Smart Converter can then be individually reinforced using the available reinforcement generator.

Andreas Ellinger is a Senior Software Developer at Allplan Precast and has been developing intelligent functions and tools for the precast module for almost 10 years. He has been involved in projects in the area of interfaces, BIM and IFC as well as various PythonParts for precast elements. He learned his trade at the Höhere Technische Lehranstalt für Informatik in Salzburg.
